Hi there, I’m Trisha.

I’m a registered nurse, mama, and the founder of Luxe Lane Wellness.

After years in healthcare, I noticed something: so many people left appointments feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and without the support they really needed. I created this space to slow things down, explain the things no one ever taught you, and help you feel rested, grounded, and a little more like yourself again without turning bedtime into a battlefield.

When I’m not helping clients catch zzz’s, you can usually find me hiking until I get a little lost, piddling through antique shops like I’m on a treasure hunt, reading a book I probably shouldn’t be starting because I’ll stay up too late, sipping iced coffee, or stealing quiet moments with my family and our fur babies. I also love baking cozy treats (and taste-testing them, obviously), diving into podcasts, and taking photographs of the little things that make life feel magical.

I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and calmer in their everyday lives, and I bring both my nursing knowledge and real-life mama experience to everything I do. Life is messy, beautiful, and sometimes hilarious and I think your sleep should fit in there, too.
